I offer tailored Skype sessions for clients that cannot meet up for face-to-face training. Whether you're on a business trip and don't want to miss out on your workouts, or you live out of town but still want access to my expert advice and guidance, a Skype session could be the perfect solution for you. These online sessions allow you to receive my personal training in the comfort of your own home, hotel room or office anywhere in the world. I offer the same motivation, assistance and technique advice as in my in-person sessions, with the flexibility and freedom to have personal training wherever you are.
